Our Commitment: Steve Bendall Training [SBT] holds the privacy of visitors, registered users and customers in the highest regard. The Information Collected: This Policy applies to all pages and sections visited at this website. You can visit our site at any time without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. Although IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the specific user remains anonymous. Tracking IP addresses gives us an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. 

We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session is tracked, but the user is anonymous. The user's browser also lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used. 

Where a visitor becomes a customer, or makes requests to customer services we may collect that person's email address, name, mailing address, credit/debit card information, and phone number. We also collect information regarding what was purchased, as well as the date and number of purchases

How We Use That Information: We use personal information to keep customers up to-date by email on special offers, discounts, new ranges and competitions etc. Personal information collected from purchasers is used to process, confirm and deliver product orders. In the case of direct shipments to recipients, we only use the recipient information collected to confirm orders. 

Any Credit Card information where retained is only long enough to allow for the possibility of a credit being posted to your credit card due to a returned product. In addition, we use non-identifying and aggregate information to better serve all our customers and clients. This information is not used to identify individual customers, but instead to let us know which parts of the website were visited most, which products were purchased most, and other aggregate statistics used for general marketing purposes. 

Finally, we will not use personally identifiable information provided to us as described above without also giving you an opportunity to opt-out and prohibit such unrelated use. We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our e-mail and contact lists to firms outside the SBT business.
