June 2008 - The month of June saw my latest professional fight - this time against Paul Smith at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham. Up for grabs was the English Middle Championship title and this was secured on a 96-94 points win over 10 rounds.

Needless to say, I was truly elated about the win and now look forward to my next fight, hopefully in September. Securing a re-match with British middleweight champion Wayne Elcock who beat me in seven rounds in 2006 would be good, but we'll just have to wait and see.....

April 2008: Although I've been providing boxing fitness training to a small number of clients for the past 9 months, in April I've launched the expansion of this training program and hence the development of the website. Accordingly, do get in contact now about your fitness and training requirements.....

March 2008:  Following on from my last Sky televised contest with Darren Barker in February, I'm obviously still continuing with my own training and fitness regime and exploring my future options. Talks with trainers and managers continue - so do watch this space:)

February 2008: Well, the 22nd February was the date of my latest professional fight, this time with Darren Barker at Bethnal Green. This was broadcast live on SKY TV but unfortunately, a slip and clash of heads in the 1st round, resulted in a badly cut eye for me with the Ref then stopping the contest in the 7th round......
