My coaching
rates for boxing fitness training, are based
around a standard fee of £35 per hour with
reductions for individual, group and block
bookings.
Courses are
held locally at various Gyms or at your home
or office, both during
the daytime and in the evenings. If you have
specific time restrictions or any other
questions, talk to me first about how the
training can be structured around your
schedule or other personal requirements. |

Personal Training:
This
is for one to one boxing fitness training, where you
have my exclusive coaching input for the duration of
the course time booked.
Basic Rate:
1 hour - £35.00 - When booked and paid for singularly on
a non-plan basis.
10 Hour Plan - £297.50 - A 15%
discount off my standard rate. Course hours can be taken
once or twice a week to suit.
20 Hour Plan - £560.00 - A 20% discount
off my standard rate. Course hours can be taken once or
twice a week to suit.
Group Training:
This is for
boxing fitness training in various sized groups, usually
made up of between 2 to 4 individuals and where my
direct coaching attention, is shared between those
within the Group. In some instances, you may be able to
join an existing Group or, where you may wish to attend
with a partner, friend or with business colleagues,
exclusive tailor made Groups can be made available.
Basic Rate A:
2 Client Group - 1 Hour - £20.00 each. - When booked and
paid for singularly on a non-plan basis.
10
Hour/2 Group Plan - £170 each - A 15%
discount off the basic 2 Group rate. Course hours can be
taken once or twice a week to suit.
Basic Rate B:
3 Client Group - 1 Hour - £15.00 each. - When booked and
paid for singularly on a non-plan basis.
10 Hour/3 Group Plan - £127.50 each - A
15% discount off the basic 3 Group rate. Course hours
can be taken once or twice a week to suit.
Basic Rate C:
4 Client Group - 1 Hour - £12.50 each. - When booked and
paid for singularly on a non-plan basis.
10 Hour/4 Group Plan - £106.25 each - A
15% discount off the basic 4 Group rate. Course hours
can be taken once or twice a week to suit.
